Fueling the body
Starting out the day with exercise and water is a great way to wake up the body. Eat a nutrtious yogurt with raisins and fruit and you will give the body a punch of energy!

Rain is helping the crops
A day of rain in Wisconsin helps to provide the needed moisture in prepartion for the seeds that will be planted in the spring. The cows have water, feed and a relaxing atmosphere in a comfortable barn that allows for easy movement and exercise.
